CERS W-Mark Studio Licence Agreement

1. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, PB's Creative Studio grants the original purchaser a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use CERS™ W-Mark Studio in accordance with this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

The licence holder may:

Install and use the software on up to three personal devices.
Use the software for personal and commercial projects.
Create and export watermarked images for clients, businesses, or personal use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute the software.
Resell the software.
Share licence keys with others.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.
Remove copyright notices or branding.

4. Ownership

CERS™ W-Mark Studio remains the intellectual property of PB's Creative Studio.

Purchasing a licence grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

5. Updates

Licence holders may receive software updates according to the licence purchased.

Future updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, feature enhancements, and compatibility updates.

6. Support

Reasonable support is provided for activation issues and software-related enquiries.

7. Refund Policy

Digital products are generally non-refundable once a licence key has been generated and delivered.

Refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of PB's Creative Studio where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

PB's Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
