Welcome to PB’s Creative Studio. By using this website (“Site”), purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1. General Information This Site is operated by PB’s Creative Studio. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PB’s Creative Studio. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By using this Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

3. Products & Services:

• We provide digital and creative services, including but not limited to: 
• Custom digital artwork (e.g. face swap, photo restoration, creative commissions) 
• Clipart packs, line art, wall art printables 
• Children’s stories and creative digital products 
• Toolkits, playbooks, and educational resources 

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in EUR/GBP/USD (currency may vary by region). Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider(s). VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to EU/UK residents where applicable, in compliance with EU VAT law for digital services.

5. Delivery of Digital downloads: Delivered immediately after successful payment (via email link or account access). Custom projects: Delivered within the timeframe agreed at purchase or in the service description. 

6. Refunds & Cancellations Digital products (downloads): Non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, in line with EU consumer rights exceptions for digital content. Custom artwork/services: Refunds may be granted only if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion. If you believe you received a defective or incomplete product, contact us within 14 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. 

7. Intellectual Property All content, products, and artwork sold on this Site remain the intellectual property of PB’s Creative Studio (unless explicitly transferred). You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased files for personal or agreed-upon commercial use (see license details per product). You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own. 

8. Data Protection & Privacy We handle your data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, see our [Privacy Policy]. By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 

9. Third-Party Services Some products or services may involve third-party tools (e.g., YouTube integration, Google services). We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Please review their terms before use. 

10. Limitation of Liability We strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. However, we are not liable for: 

• Losses caused by the misuse of digital files. 
• Technical issues (such as software incompatibility) are outside our control. 
• Indirect or consequential damages. 

11. Consumer Rights (EU/UK) 

• As an EU/UK consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most purchases. 
• Exception: For digital downloads and custom services, this right does not apply once the product has been accessed or work has begun, provided you gave prior consent. 
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to waive the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (as your current business location) and applicable EU law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
